Our Management Consulting effort is focused on the renewal and development of the leadership of organizations.  It includes a strong focus on leadership, innovation, and process improvement.  We believe strongly in the use of technology tools that can help our decision makers to make sound decisions supported by research and historical data.

The Turnaround Management group is focused on the important work of restoring businesses to health or transferring their performing parts to a more healthy company through a merger or acquisition (M&A).  Our belief is that businesses in jeopardy should begin discussions early with a professional turnaround team.  Our goal is to create the most positive outcome possible.  Our promise is the delivery of service through hard work and complete honesty with management. 

Business Development focuses on the creation of opportunities.  We help create strategies, identify targeted opportunities and build winning presentations.  Our team is comfortable in the private and federal markets.  We have sold to the Fortune 100 and the Federal Government.  We are dedicated to helping our clients tailor their capture methods to the customer.
